1 . Students shall arrived at the school at least 5 minutes before the first bell rings, Latecomers will be sent back home. The latecomers as well as those who had been absent the previous day must bring an application from their parents/ guardians.
2. Every students must come clean and must be neatly dressed, hair must be groomed well and cut properly. The school uniform must be worn on all school days and at all school functions. If a student is not in the proper school uniform, he/ she may be sent home and the responsibility will lie on the parents/ guardians.
3. The students are liable to punishment for irregular attendance, neglect of home work, disobedience and disrespect to the members of the staff.
4. All text books, notebooks and the necessary articles for the day’s work should be brought everyday according to the time table.
5. Every student shall bring his/her School Diary everyday and complete his/her Home Work timely.
6. Every student is bound to observe the rules of good manners, both inside and outside the school. Shouting, whistling, throwing anything at others and such other unmannerly conduct are strictly prohibited.
7. Changing the classrooms, or going to the play grounds must be done in perfect order.
8. No student shall scratch or spoil the desks and chairs or damage any school property, scribble or draw on the walls or in any way damage any thing that belongs to other students. Otherwise students shall be fined for the same.
9. Books, magazine or newspaper shall not be taken out of the school library until and unless these are duly issued.
10. Borrowing and lending of money and exchanging of articles are prohibited.
11. Bicycles must be kept properly locked in the cycle stand. For any loss, the school shall not be held responsible.
12. Valuable articles like expensive watches, costly fountain pens, jewellery etc. are not to be brought in the school, if they are lost, the school does not held itself responsible. Mobile phones are prohibited.
13. Inside or out side the school, the students should not do anything that brings bad name to the school.
14. In case of insubordination to school authorities, gross misconduct, the school has the right to take appropriate disciplinary action against the student concerned.
15. The name of the student may be struck off the rolls by the Head of the School on account of-
Non-payment of fees and other dues for 20 days after the last date for payment.
Continued absence without leave application for ten consecutive days.
16. Parents/guardians are not supposed to enter class room either to meet their ward or seek interviews of the teachers during class hours, interviews should be arranged through the Principal only.
17. Parents are requested to co-operate with school authorities for academic and over all development, in its attempt to help their wards by paying attention to his homework, regularity, punctuality, discipline and also by equipping the students with proper uniform, prescribed text books and items of stationery.
18. If a parent/ guardian feels that his ward is not making the desired progress, he is requested to drop into school and discuss the matter with the Principal.
19. Private tuition especially from school teacher should be avoided.
20. Parent- Teacher meeting will be held on PTM days as given in planner. In case of inability of the parents to attend the same they can write their observations and suggestions, if any ‘Parents must attend PTM’.
21. Visiting hours to meet the Principal are between 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on all working days or with the prior appointment.
22. NO student should bring to school any object liable to prove a source of nuisance, disturbance or danger e.g. cracker, water pistol or knives, blades etc.
23. Juniors should be treated with love and affection in a healthy relation.
2. A student is liable to be punished for habitual idleness, disobedience or misconduct detrimental to the moral tone of the school, by detention after school hours, fines, suspension or even dismissal without assigning any reasons for his/ her action.
25. Cost of losses/ damages caused negligently/ willfully to school property, will be recovered from individual group of students.
26. Any pupil who is persistently insubordinate or repeatedly or willfully mischievous or is guilty of malpractice in connection with examination or has committed an offense of serious indiscipline or misbehavior or who unwholesomeness influence his/ her fellow pupils may be expelled permanently or removed for a specified period by the head of the school from the rolls.
27. The students are strictly forbidden to leave the school premises during the regular school hours without the prior permission of the Principal.
